Stained Edition – Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 2025
We understand that schedules can change. Our policies are designed to be fair while protecting the time, materials, and preparation involved in our services.
Custom Work
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin production.
- Balance due before delivery or pickup.
- Once a custom piece is approved for production, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Private Events
- Deposit: 25% deposit required to secure date.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Delays caused by the host or guests that result in incomplete projects will not be refunded.
- Removal of any participant for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not result in a refund.
Workshops & Classes
- Full payment is due at the time of scheduling.
- Stained Edition does not give refunds or credit for classes unless we cancel it.
- It is your responsibility to remember your class date and time and to arrive prepared.
- No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund or makeup session.
- Rescheduling is possible based on availability and with advance notice.
- Removal of any participant for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not result in a refund.
Force Majeure
Neither Stained Edition nor the client will be held responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond their control (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or government restrictions). In such cases, Stained Edition may offer to reschedule or credit the amount paid toward a future event.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
All requests must be submitted in writing to hello@stainededition.com. The date and time of the request will be determined by when it is received by Stained Edition. For full event and workshop terms, please see our detailed agreements or contact hello@stainededition.com.
